Mr Sexy Hatter aka Xerxes Break 
He's a great character, you know? ;D Especially when he's dressed in Pandora's uniform *_* But his usual clothes are great too... oh well, he's amazing all the time XD
I hope one day I will draw the whole series with characters from Pandora Hearts, but for now I have to learn. And to work at my bachelor work. BTW, did you know that Archeopteryx WASN'T the first bird? Actually, long time before Archeopteryx there were much more bird-like dinosaurs with 4 wings, called Anchiornis and Microraptor
(When I'm looking at this drawing while writing the description, I'm starting to think that I really should correct his hair)
